Abstract

The main theme of this text is to present the characteristics of the neopo­sitivist proposition entitled Legal Guarantism (or Axiomatic Theory of Law), developed by Luigi Ferrajoli, concerning it’s four basics structures, that are the theses of Norms, Legal System, Sources and Judicial Decision.
