THE RELEVANCE OF SOCIOLOGY TO LEGAL SCIEN

Abstract

The purpose of this scientific article is to elaborate an approach to the discipline of Sociology, aiming to point out its referential aspects under the theoretical vision of the main sociologists about their conceptions regarding this theme. Subsidies are sought to establish the interaction of General Sociology and Legal Sociology with Legal Science. The operational concepts of the main categories are also collected in order to contemplate the relevance of their respective meanings. At the end, the reasons that the researcher used to answer the research problem were added to the text.
