FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS: AN ANALYSIS OF NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE POINTS ABOUT THEIR APPLICATION IN FAMILY LAW

Abstract

The present work sought to understand more deeply the institute of the family constellation, verifying its positive and negative aspects. This is a relatively new topic and one that has contributed to family law, in particular conflict resolution, alongside methods such as conciliation and mediation. That is why it is essential to analyze how this tool that has been gaining space in the legal world is developing on a daily basis. From the present study, it was possible to ascertain that its application has had satisfactory effects regarding the judicial agreements. Although it is an unconventional method and needs improvement, this institute is helping not only the parties, but the Judiciary as a whole, reducing the rates of procedural recidivism.
