Abstract

This scientific paper deals with Environmental Criminal Liability in the 1988 Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil, under an eminently academic view, for it aims at meeting one of the assessment criteria for the use of the student on the State and Constitution Theory subject of the doctorate course in Legal Sciences from The operational concepts about the categories Constitution, Environment and Environmental Criminal Liability are demonstrated. The relevance of the theme hereby proposed for the academic proposal itself is approached, as well as its relevance for the awareness of Society on the effects of criminal penal liability of polluters stipulated in article of the 1988 Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
