This article proposes an integrated analysis between the concepts of Sustainability, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the Multi-Door Court System, with the aim of exploring innovative ways to address the phenomenon of congestion in the judiciary and promote the institutional sustainability of the Judiciary. The first section discusses sustainability as a structuring value of public institutions, focusing on justice as an essential service to citizenship. The second section addresses the SDGs, especially the goals related to peace, justice, and effective institutions (SDG 16), and how they can guide public policies aimed at extrajudicial conflict resolution. Finally, the third section proposes the articulation between the two previous concepts through the Multi-Door Court System, highlighting its ability to offer appropriate, accessible, and sustainable solutions for contemporary conflicts. The research adopts an interdisciplinary aiming to contribute to the strengthening of a more efficient, inclusive, and resilient justice system.
