A TRANSNATIONALITY AND HEALTH: NECESSARY DIALOGUE

Contextualization of the theme: the article aims to study the interaction between Transnationality and Health, within the context of a globalized world and in times of liquid modernity. Objective: The article aims to study the relationship between Transnationality and Health, specifically the existence of a dialogue between them. Methodology: As for the methodology, the inductive method was used in the research phase and the Cartesian method in the data treatment phase. Results: As results, it was analyzed the flexibility of territories in the face of a globalized reality; concepts of health are presented, contextualizing it in the world scenario; technical norms are conceptualized based on Benoit Frydman and it is indicated that, in the area of Health, the technical standards form a group of transnational rules. We conclude that there is a dialogue between Health and Transnationality that allows for contributions to the advancement of both themes in a globalized reality.
